We want you to have full peace of mind when shopping with us online. In addition to obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, resaleable (in original condition) product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. 

Shipping Policy

We only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Orders can be expected to take 2-10 business days to process and ship. This is counted from the first business day following the day that you placed your order and payment is received.

Custom orders may take an additional week to be made.

If for any reason we feel that your order may end up delayed you will be contacted via phone or email during the delivery period to keep you updated.

For Christmas delivery last orders must be placed before November 30th.
